When you enquire, book or attend an event we cater, we may collect:
- Contact details — name, email, phone number, billing address.
- Event details — date, venue, guest count, service choices, budget notes.
- Dietary information — allergies and food requirements for you and your guests. This is health information, and we treat it with extra care.
- Payment details — processed by our payment provider; we never store full card numbers.
- Website data — basic analytics about how you use this site (see our cookie policy).
How we use it
Everything we collect has a job:
- Preparing quotes and menus for your event.
- Planning staffing, ordering produce and running service on the day.
- Invoicing, deposits, refunds and tax records.
- Contacting you about your booking or enquiry.
- Occasionally, emailing past clients about seasonal availability. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works.
We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not run third-party ad tracking on this site.
Who we share it with
Only the people who need it to make your event happen:
- Our crew — chefs, floor staff and event managers working your event.
- Your venue — logistics details only (arrival times, kitchen needs, bump-in plans), never your personal contact list.
- Service providers — our accountant, payment processor and booking software, all under confidentiality obligations.
- Authorities — only where the law requires it, for example ATO record-keeping.
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information. That is not a policy detail; it is just something we do not do.
